About THE CHEF'S TOUCH BBQ RIG
In our first foodie visit to the city of Santa Ynez, we were super impressed with finding this amazing food
truck which you should definitely check out as well. Created a few decades back on 2003 by Executive Chef Kurt
Alldredge who was always inspired to create sustainably sourced and locally grown foods for his menu. As the
theme of the spot announced, "You imagine it, we'll create it". In addition to their food truck service which
always sells out each day, they run an amazing catering end which will truly transform any and all occasions.
Specializing in BBQ flavors, it's all about the meeting of smokey East Texas BBQ with a street food hustler.
We love that motto and couldn't describe this spot any better. So many delicious choices to be found on their
menu (which adds new additions often). Some standouts include their Big Mess platter, Mac and Cheese Egg Rolls,
BBQ Brisket, BBQ Pulled Pork, Mexican Corn on the Cob (street style) and honestly plenty more. Check them out.
