The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions was located in the heart of Buena Vista (the MiMo District). Once here, you'll get the best of New American cuisine that Miami has to offer today. Referred to as the Pig Whisperer, the owner of The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions Cesar Zapata is the executive Chef and master culinary artist when it comes to many of the popular dishes served daily. Taking American Cuisine to the next level here at The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions - it highlights the essence of comfort food in America as we know it. There is so much beautiful and tasty food served here, it's quite difficult to select a few to recommend in our experience. However, we insist you explore the Buffalo Pig Wings, Lobster Rolls, Jar O' Duck, Lamb Burgers, BBQ'd Deviled Eggs, Fried Chicken and Waffles, Giant Biscuits, Brussel Sprouts and wash it down with their Champagnes. The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions in 2016 revamped their brand to The Fed but after several short more years they closed down for good in 2019. Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata truly created a wonderful eatery in their time that will be sorely missed on the Miami scene that Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives put on the culinary map for the world to see.
