Ask any of the locals of Sacramento and they'll tell you this is by far one of the best diners around, period. We tend to agree as each of our visits are amazing and memorable. Some of our personal favorites include the Banh Mi Sandwiches and the insanely delicious Sausage and 'Slaw Pizza. Folks, this is really greatness when it comes to the world of pizza pies. One of Sacramento's most popular laid back pubs that simply shines when it comes to Classic American dishes such as Burgers, Sandwiches and of course Pizza. The patio seating is truly the bomb and when the sunny skies allow, be sure to take advantage of this space. The food offerings here are truly what legends are made of.. and we're not making things up folks. Chef Matt Brown is the man behind the magic here and he is always sure to keep the menu fresh and new with creative addition and for what we love to refer to as culinary magic. Plenty of cold crisp beers on tap along with daily cocktail specials to spice things up even more. Brunches here are epic and should be the definition of what brunches should consist of. Bartending service is also spectacular.. not too pushy or chatting unless you want them to be. Another menu item we need to mention before we wrap this up is their original Breakfast pizza.. which is exactly what it sounds like. Topping consist of the typical breakfast things you like such as eggs, bacon and much more. The Golden Bear deserves all the respect and recognition possible.. a true culinary highlight in this neck of the woods.
