The Noble South is without question one of the very best eateries in the state of Alabama that we've had the pleasure to visit in our USA culinary adventures in recent memories. We adore the trendy rustic-chic setting that welcomes you with a warm aroma of what's to come. A southern-style eatery that is most famous for it's freshly prepared brunch and breakfast options. As they claim and we agree with, The Noble South is truly a "land to hand, farm to table" solution. It's all about classic comfort foods that we all love, with a twist. Established a decade ago in 2014, they continue to set the mark for Southern cuisine that many only dream of coming close to. Run and managed by Myles Meade, the goal here is all about innovation through local and fresh ingredients that always puts a smile on customers faces. So many options here that continually evolve based on seasons and ingredients. Favorites include their Crab Salad Appetizer, yellowfin Tuna Dish, Seared Tuna Steaks, Pecan Tarts, Beef Tartare with Popcorn, Shrimp and Grits and more.
