Without hesitation, The Silver Star Cafe has always been a favorite of ours - even years before it was featured
on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives - so we were thrilled when Guy Fieri made his way there in 2014. We've visited this rustic style cafe on several occasions and
are more impressed each time we come as the menu is evolving and staff remains awesome. The Silver Star Cafe is a truly inviting and cozy dining location with
welcoming music and great views of the mountains or golf course. The Silver Star Cafe really is THE place in Park City to unwind and relax while enjoying a nice
drink and meal too. Dave Bible, the chef at The Silver Star Cafe really knows how to serve up the goods such as their Braised Short Rib with Mushroom Risotto,
Pork Osso Bucco, Pan Roasted Sea Bass, Crispy Pork Belly, Speck and Fig Flatbread, Steamed Black Mussels, House-made Sausage Pizza, Silver Star Burger or Barbecue
