This popular local restaurant and bar is a long-time favorite, especially being located right around the College. They really have it perfected to the last step from the first, as in their 90+ year history they still fill up the diner and have a line outside. Their fresh, Handmade Burgers are the biggest draw to this day, with a cold refreshing beer to pair with of course. This family-owned landmark in the heart of Boulder has become famous for their funky menu that always pleases. Since 1923, they have been serving it fresh, hot and always with a smile. Quality has remained impeccable and the value never disappoints. With almost a century of service, there are not many ma and pa, family-run restaurants which can stand side by side with these fine folks. The original and speciality Pizza here is amazing but there is plenty more to choose from including vegan options as well. We cannot go any further however without mentioning the one and only, Sinkburger. Easily a top 10 burger for us throughout the whole of American. Other amazing feats here include the Cowboy Reuben, Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese, Oreo Milkshakes, Honey Siracha Wings, Texas Straw Burger and tons more. Just a fun and inviting spot that is the perfect meal break on the road. Staff is always friendly and you are never rushed once here. Take your time and be sure to make room for dessert as along with their staple favorites, they rotate specialties as well.
