Locations Guy Fieri visits in the USA - Places to eat comfort home-style, healthy, gourmet & fast food meals!
Believe it or not, this place pumps out over 400 freshly prepared Tamales each and every day. Now, if that isn't enough to convince you
they do it right - nothing will. All the Tamales here are individually hand-tied and hand-made - they are true tradition in every sense
of the nature. To start it off when you arrive at The Tamale Place, get going with the Pork Tamales but of course, there are so many
varieties here you can never get bored. But aside from their famous item they are named after, keep in mind that this spot is all about
Tamales, Tacos, Tortas and even more. Making a diverse and exciting menu for everyone to enjoy. Indianapolis is one of our favorite USA
cities to visit and coming to this place for a perfect meal just tops it off. Everything here is prepared with all-natural ingredients
with no preservatives, they truly replicated the Mexican method that has been in use for hundreds of years. With so many knock-off Mexican
spots to eat at across the US, none truly keep it as authentic and original as these folks. When you dine here, you can rest assured this
is exactly what you'd have in the heart of Mexico itself. Owners Angela Green and husband Vladimir Ronces run this place and keep the
family-run tradition alive and well. It may have a slight dive bar feel but very welcoming and a spot you can relax and enjoy great
food. It's become an Indy Classic and should always be on your Indianapolis Food Road Trip list for sure. Come check them out, we highly
recommend them.
