More specifically, this place is one of the best Taiwanese / Ramen restaurants you'll come across in Washington.. and perhaps North American if we're going to be honest! Featured in many magazines and showered with awards and nominations, this place serves it up right and continues to dish out new ideas to keep you coming back. When you arrive, you'll see that it's a small and snug atmosphere yet you'll feel right at home and the service is top notch the entire way. As mentioned earlier, they are famous for the Ramen Noodle Soups as well as Dumpings. The selection of Cocktails and Sake is also worth the visit alone. Also consider their vegetarian options, Kimchi Ramen, Classic Toki, Pork Dumpings, Red Miso, Steamed Seafood Dumpings, Curry Chicken Hakata, Thai Chili Wings, Pork Belly, Prawns, Curry Ramen, Kim Chee, Escargot and finish it up with a treat of Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies!
