About TRAP FUSION
Quite unique from what we're usually used to, this is a one of a kind, farm to table soul food restaurant in the heart of Memphis.
Just a few years ago, they opened up in 2019 and have been filing the floor with Memphians day in and day out. While some refer to
this spot as a healthier take on traditional Southern food, we found that the flavors and quality are far and above. They've taken
healthier ingredients but kept the same texture and flavor profiles which has made southern style soul food one of the best cuisines
in the entire world. Staff and service here are beyond friendly and quick. You'll find a menu full of amazing options which include
their Salmon Sandwiches, Stuffed Turkey Burgers, Street Corn, Fried Pickles, Fish and Grits, Jerk Chicken Pasta, Lobsters Nugget Bites,
