As the name says.. when translated to English.. "bowl"! So as you can imagine.. the majority of menu items served here are in bowls. We
love the concept and we love the ingredients and we wholeheartedly believe you will as well. Nakoa Pabre who created this place and is
also the incredible head Chef here.. has mastered this concept through his extensive experience and passion for food. As we're on the
island, they take full advantage of daily fresh seafood ingredients which takes it to a level not usually experience in other dining
spots. You can mix and match your own meats and various ingredients to create your own perfect bowl or simply choose one of the Chefs
favorites. If you're a tourist or local.. this place makes the most of the unique traditional Hawaiian cuisine with all local ingredients.
Poke is one of the favorites as usually is when it comes to seafood anywhere.. and they do it perfectly. It's a laid back atmosphere
so don't come in a rush.. to be honest if you're in Hawaii and in a rush then you need to relax anyways! One of our personal favorite
places to dine, be sure to check it out when visiting the island.
