With just celebrating their 25 years in service, these folks are well on their way to the next 25! This place has made our list because most of their
meats which are handmade and hand-packed in-house. Ranging from Sausages to Bacon and Pastrami to name just a few. When visiting, start your sitting
with their classic Baked Potato Soup followed up by the Liverwurst Crostini or even better, the classic housemade Reuben Sandwich which is huge. This
microbrewery has been a staple in Grandy and continues to set standards above and beyond any of the local competition. We also love how they have
incorporate the farm-to-table concept creating and amazing seasonal and always fresh menu to compliment the many drinks. Since 1986 and being the
first microbrewery in the state of North Carolina, they pioneered the concept and have remained strong so many years later. It's all about the quality
of the product, your experience and overall service to ensure you leave satisfied each time. Lots to choose from here including the Sausage Sampler,
Black Radish Beer, Pretzel, Schnitzel Platter, Sour Kraut, various classic German Beers, Onion Rings, Bavarian BBQ sandwich and much more. Great stop
while on route to the OBX and we highly recommend you make the visit.
